This property was handewd over to the owner having physically been completed but after a visit from us amongst the major snags that needed resolving were:

1. Hall / Entrance Area:

Ceiling light not functioning

Storage cupboard door & bathroom door not closing

Poor finish to paintwork on walls and skirting

Theremostat (Hive) not functioning

2. Lounge area:

Blinds not fitted

Poor finish to accoustic panels

Poor finish to walls & skirting

Rough finish to shelving with front edging missing from all shelves

Door not fitting properly

3. bedroom:

Boiler door wrong size, not hinged, fitted or finished

Wall light not fitted correctly

Light switch wrong orientation

Cupboard door catching on plinth

Damage to wall finish

Poor fitting window

Blind not fitted.

4. Kitchen:

Damage to kitchen cabinet interiors

Missing external finish strip

Moldy freezer section where door was not locating correctly

Damage to wall finish

Washing machins not filling.

5. Bathroom

Shower head leaking

No silicon sealant around shower tray

Exposed raw chipboard at base of toilet

Radiator leaking

Shower screen loose fixings

After all work was completed by ourselves, the property was cleaned and then photographed ready for listing directly on AirBnB and Booking.com
