Originally this property was scheduled for a photographic shoot only, but on arrival it became apparent that the property needed to be snagged through as well. The bathroom needed remedial work, joints sealing up, toilet needing re-attaching and the door needed re-fitting to close properly. 

Numerous areas needed touching throughout the property, light switches needed to be turned the right way up and the lounge area needed wire management and a tidy up of the surround of the fire hearth.

The property was then photographed throughout for ther client to list the property on Booking. com, with both short and long term bookings coming from the listing.
