This property was refurbished top to bottom by ourselves, repainting every room including ceilings and woodwork. Colours and styling was designed by Vivant Interiors (www.vivantinteriors.co.uk). Remedial work was carried out as we went to deal with damp within the property by replacing bathroom fans and leaks within the kitchen area. Light fitting were changed to reflect a more industrial style and new carpets fitted throughout the property to complete the look. 

Careful use of colours, lights and mirrors in the lounge area set the scene making this a comfortable place to either eat or relax after a long day. The mirrors in both the lounge and hall made good use of the existing light in the rooms whilst creating the illusion of bigger rooms.

SnapScape provided wall art for the green coloured bathroom, so we chose a tree scene to compliment this colour and help bring the feel of nature and tranquility into the space.

Finally the whole property was photographed for listing on-line, and it was immediately taken on long term rent by a national company.
